Custom software development

When the operation works but lives scattered across spreadsheets, WhatsApp and a system nobody wants to touch, buying another licence does not fix it. We build the system around how your team already works, and hand over the code and the documentation.

Signs you need this

  • Critical information lives in spreadsheets only one person knows how to maintain
  • The same data gets typed into two or three systems that do not talk to each other
  • The software you bought forces you to change the process instead of supporting it
  • Nobody can say for certain where an order, work order or case actually stands
  • Growing means hiring someone else to do data entry, not selling more

What we deliver

The system, with its source

Repository, credentials and environments transfer to you at close. No vendor lock-in.

A documented data model

The schema, the business rules as implemented, and why each decision was made.

Real roles and permissions

Each profile sees and does what it should, with an audit log of who did what and when.

Team training

Recorded sessions with the people who will actually use it, not a PDF nobody opens.

How it gets built

It starts with a diagnosis session where we map the process as it actually happens, exceptions included. That produces a phased proposal with a fixed price per phase: you can stop between phases without losing what is built. Development runs in two-week cycles with a demo at the end of each one, so you steer while steering is still cheap.

Where we work

We work out of Zapopan and serve the whole Guadalajara metropolitan area. For companies in Jalisco that means the diagnosis and progress reviews can happen in person when it helps, while everything still runs remotely for clients in other states.

Frequently asked questions

The questions you were going to ask on the call.

How much does a custom system cost?

It depends on scope, which is why we quote per phase with a fixed price for each. The diagnosis session is free and ends with an outlined scope and a written estimate range, whether you hire us or not.

How long does it take?

Typically two weeks to the first build you can actually use, then a demo every two weeks. A complete operational system usually takes three to six months depending on the modules.

Can it integrate with what we already use?

Yes, and it is usually the sensible move. We have built on top of existing CRMs by mirroring their data instead of replacing them, and connected third-party systems by API when the client did not want to switch tools.

What if the project was already started by another vendor?

We start with a technical audit of the codebase and the infrastructure, and tell you honestly what is worth keeping and what should be rewritten. Sometimes the answer is that most of it can be saved.
