Privacy Notice

This notice explains what information RSDVELOP collects through this website, why it is used and how you can exercise control over it.

1. Data controller

RSDVELOP, operating under the RSDVELOP commercial name, is responsible for personal data received through this website. Privacy requests can be sent to rsdvelop@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

  • Name, company, email address, type of need and the message you choose to send.
  • Technical information required to operate and secure the service, such as IP address, date, request headers and error logs.
  • A local timestamp stored in your browser solely to prevent repeated form submissions.

Do not send passwords, banking data, medical information, production credentials or other sensitive information through the contact form.

3. Purposes

  • Respond to your inquiry and schedule a diagnosis session.
  • Prepare a scope, estimate or proposal requested by you.
  • Prevent abuse, spam, fraud and security incidents.
  • Keep the records required for a contractual or legal relationship, when one exists.

We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

4. Service providers and transfers

The website uses Vercel for hosting and may use Resend and Google Workspace to deliver and receive messages. If automated human verification is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile may also process technical information. These providers act as service processors and may process information outside Mexico under their applicable contracts and privacy commitments.

RSDVELOP does not transfer personal data to unrelated third parties for their own purposes. If a transfer requiring consent becomes necessary, the applicable information and choice will be presented before it takes place. Transfers required by law or necessary for a legal or contractual relationship may be made in the cases permitted by applicable law.

5. Retention

Inquiries that do not become a business relationship are generally deleted or anonymized within 12 months. Project, billing and contractual records are retained for the periods required by the applicable obligations. Security logs are kept only for the time reasonably necessary to investigate incidents.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or opposition to the processing of your data, withdraw consent where applicable, or limit its use and disclosure by emailing rsdvelop@gmail.com. The request must include your name, a means to receive notices, proof of identity, a clear description of the data and right involved, and any element that helps locate the record.

A determination will be communicated within 20 business days after receiving a complete request. If it is granted, it will be implemented within the following 15 business days. These periods may be extended once for the same length when justified by the circumstances. Exercising these rights is free, except for permitted reproduction or delivery costs.

7. Cookies and local storage

RSDVELOP does not currently use advertising or behavioral analytics cookies. The contact form stores one local timestamp for anti-spam cooldown. Infrastructure providers may use strictly necessary technical mechanisms to deliver and protect the service.

8. Changes and contact

Material changes will be communicated by publishing the updated notice at this same address and changing the update date. For privacy questions or complaints, use the contact details below.
