Website Terms of Use
These terms govern the use of rsdvelop.com. Project proposals and contracts have their own specific conditions.
Last updated: August 12, 2026
1. Website purpose
This website provides information about RSDVELOP services, work methods, technology projects and contact channels. Its contents are informative and do not constitute a binding quote, professional opinion or automatic acceptance of a project.
2. Inquiries and proposals
Sending the contact form does not create a contractual relationship. A project begins only when the parties approve the applicable scope, deliverables, price, timeline, responsibilities and commercial terms in writing.
3. Intellectual property
The RSDVELOP brand, site design, text and original visual assets may not be reproduced as a whole for commercial use without permission. Ownership and licenses for deliverables created for a client are defined in the corresponding proposal or contract. Third-party technologies retain their own licenses.
4. Portfolio and confidentiality
Portfolio descriptions focus on functionality and sector. Client names, logos, testimonials, screens and identifiable data are published only when there is authorization or another valid basis to do so. Demonstration graphics do not represent production data.
5. Permitted use
You agree not to use the website or contact endpoint to:
- Send spam, malware, automated abuse or unlawful content.
- Attempt unauthorized access, scanning or disruption of the service.
- Impersonate another person or submit data without authorization.
- Copy the site in a way that creates confusion about identity or affiliation.
6. Availability and external services
We take reasonable measures to keep the site available and secure, but maintenance, network failures and third-party services may cause interruptions. Links to external sites are provided for convenience and are governed by their own terms.
7. Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RSDVELOP is not responsible for decisions made solely from general website content or for failures caused by infrastructure outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
8. Applicable law, changes and contact
These website terms are interpreted under the applicable laws of Mexico. Project-specific dispute rules, if any, are defined in the corresponding signed agreement. Material changes will be published on this page.
